Teemode Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (POD - Print on Demand) and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized/custom products (POD items).

Intimate or sanitary goods (underwear, masks, etc.).

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

Gift cards

Required for a Return:

Proof of purchase or order number.

Do not open or use the product if you intend to return it.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
